I am a psychotherapist with more than a decade of clinical experience who excels at connecting with people and making them feel at ease. I’m known by my clients to be warm, engaged, humorous, direct, and compassionate. I approach therapy as an interactive process and enjoy working with individuals to develop a plan that works for them. I believe it is a privilege to sit with people who allow me to bear witness to their lives, stressors, and pain. My clinical orientation focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Therapy.
I also specialize in suicide prevention, intervention and postvention, and working with survivors of suicide loss. I have extensive training in helping people who are struggling with thoughts of suicide or who are concerned about a friend or family member. Loss of a loved one to suicide is a unique, overwhelming and at times isolating experience. I offer support, comfort, and understanding as you traverse your grief. I look forward to working with you!
